Watches
The first 3D unlimited watch is issued by Tokyo Flash
Recently, a new creative design which is using the 3D concept in watches is released by Tokyo Flash, the creation indicates that idea of 3D can not only exist in televisions and cinemas, but also appear on people's wrist.
People around the world are getting remarkably excited by the idea of 3D technology, which has increasingly being introduced to many forms of media over the last few months, notably cinema, television and video games.
Yet Tokyo Flash watches are following suit too, so it seems-at least in concept form. The 3D unlimited proposition has harnessed an OEL panel to deliver a unique three-sided cube to tell the time, putting hours on top and minutes on either side of the front faces.
"With a lenticular lens above the interface, the illusion of depth is created, resulting in a unique 3D effect," Tokyo Flash continued.
"The time is displayed simply in digits on the 3D cube beneath the lens-an unusual visual way to show time. No 3D glasses required!"
It looks like stainless steel is used for the rest of the watch and has been well-received by fans of the company already.
Last week, Tokyo Flash releases its E-Paper Timing concept, a watch that uses e-paper to show the time digitally in negative space.
Since the 3D films are so popular around the world, for example, Avatar is the top-grossing movie at present, the new concept of 3D watches will go over big ovation as many watch enthusiasts predicted.
